Coaching is a personal development process in which the coach follows the coachees (clients) from a current situation that they want to change to a future situation that they want to reach.

The process is the result of a partnership that guarantees confidentiality, honesty and the responsibility of the parties with a view to achieving the intended and established results at the beginning of each session. All change processes can benefit from a coaching session.

Acquiring and reinforcing confidence, overcoming blockages, fears and beliefs, improving communication and assertiveness, defining objectives and developing self-awareness are some of the objectives in a coaching session.
